Frequently Asked Questions & Order Information

What happens when I purchase a product?

Once your payment has been accepted, you will immediately receive an email with a link to download the product(s). Once your download has completed, extract the contents of the zip archive to a location of your choosing, then open the Getting_Started.html (internet connection required). Follow the video tutorial as it will show you how to quickly and easily get professional results with your new Precomposed Product.
Who do I contact about a product I ordered?

Please contact support@precomposed.com with any questions you may have. We are here to help.
I'm having trouble adding items to my cart or checking out. How can I fix this?

Difficulties with our shopping cart system are extremely rare, however it's possible there could be a browser compatibility issue. Please update to the latest version of your browser software. If that doesn't resolve the problem, try using a different browser (such as IE, Google Chrome, Firefox, etc.)
Do your products work on an Intel Mac?

Yes. Before a product is released, it has been tested on both Windows & Mac OSX to guarantee compatibility.
I've downloaded the file, but can't seem to get it to unzip. What should I do?

Problems unzipping could be caused by outdated versions of unzipping software or an incomplete download. If re-downloading the file does not resolve the issue, please email support@precomposed.com for further assistance.
How long are downloads made available after purchase?

Download links are active for up to 5 days from the time you purchase. You will always be allowed to re-download any product you have purchased. If you need to download the product again after the download link has expired, please email support@precomposed.com with your name, Order ID, and zipcode. A new link will be provided to you once your information has been verified.
Am I allowed to sell my work in which I've incorporated your products?

Absolutely. All our products are royalty free, which means after the initial purchase you can incorporate them into your work and sell it as many times as you like. There are only a few minor limitations. Please read our Terms of Use for more details.
I'm not very familiar with After Effects. Where can I learn more?

After Effects experience is not required to use our products as they include all the tutorials you need. However, if you still feel you would like a better grasp of the program, a great free video training tutorial can be found at Video Copilot.
